Payment of Fees

  • All learners are required to pay the full course fee in accordance with the fee policies at DCE.
  • The most efficient payment method is through our International Online Payments System, Transfermate/Flywire. Transfermate/Flywire is a free service – no additional bank charges will be applied to your transfers. This system allows you to pay in your home currency, eliminating the need to purchase Euros beforehand.
  • When making a payment, ensure to include your Application Identification Number (found on your DCE offer/invoice letter) in the payment reference/message section. This will help DCE promptly identify and process your payment.
  • DCE assumes and strongly recommends that learners have made a well-considered and informed decision before applying for the course and submitting payment.
  • Course fees will be held in DCE’s client visa account until the learner’s study visa application is processed. If the visa application is refused, the fee will be refunded in line with DCE’s fee refund policy.
