Cancellations & Refunds Policy

Cancellations

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the school.

The following charges apply:

  • 1–14 days before the course start date: 100% of course fees charged
  • 15–30 days before the course start date: 45% of course fees charged
  • More than 30 days before the course start date: 25% of course fees charged

Refunds

No refunds will be issued once the course has commenced.

If a student withdraws from their course after the start date, no refund will be provided.

Students who are expelled from the school are not entitled to a refund.

In cases where the school is unable to deliver the course, a full refund of fees will be provided.

Visa refusals

If a student’s visa application is refused, they may apply for a refund.

Refund requests must:

  • be submitted in writing within 3 months of visa refusal
  • include the official refusal letter from the Irish Immigration Service Delivery (ISD)
  • include a copy of the student’s passport

An administration fee of 25% will be deducted from the refund.

Students who provide false, incomplete, or fraudulent documentation are not eligible for a refund.

Additional conditions

Courses are non-transferable.

Refunds will only be made to the original payer.

Refund processing may take up to 30 working days.

The school reserves the right to make changes to course schedules or dates where necessary.
Such changes do not entitle the student to a refund.

There is no automatic right to a refund where a student changes their mind about studying.
