The first steps were not easy. There were many bureaucratic barriers, unfamiliar rules, and challenges to overcome in order to obtain a licence to operate. Instead of support, obstacles often arose. But it was precisely from this experience that the essence of DCE was born: to create an environment where students could find the support that the founder felt was lacking when he arrived in the country.
