All course applications must include complete documentation. Confirmation is only valid once issued in writing (email or receipt).

Service Commitment: DCE will deliver all confirmed services (classes, accommodation, transfers) provided minimum enrolment levels are met.

Fee & Payment Conditions:

  • Full payment is due 14 days before the course begins.
  • Accepted payment methods: bank draft or Pay to Study.
  • Payment confirmation must be emailed to DCE along with required documents.
  • All bank charges are the responsibility of the student.

Pricing: All fees are subject to change. It is the student’s responsibility to verify the current pricing before payment.
