Accreditations

Studying at DCE English School means being sure that you are at a recognised and reliable institution, prepared to support you every step of the way. Our school has official accreditations and partnerships that guarantee the quality of teaching and the safety of international students.

This means that, in addition to actually learning English, you will study in an environment that opens doors, offers support and credibility both inside and outside Ireland. At DCE, you don’t just learn English; you invest in your future with the confidence of being on the right track.

Being listed on the ILEP (Interim List of Eligible Programmes) means that the school and its full-time courses comply with Ireland’s current immigration requirements for international learners. This listing allows non-EU/EEA students to study in Ireland for the duration of an approved course.

Although ILEP recognition does not evaluate the academic quality of an institution, it confirms that the provider meets essential standards, including the mandatory provision of learner protection for enrolled non-EU/EEA students.

This means that, in addition to truly learning English, you’ll study in an environment that opens doors, provides support, and offers credibility both within and outside Ireland. At DCE, you don’t just learn English; you invest in your future with the confidence that you’re on the right path.

The TIE exam is a recognised assessment designed for learners of English who want to demonstrate their ability through practical, real-world tasks. It is widely accepted across Ireland and is often chosen by international students because of its flexible, learner-focused format. Many of the projects and activities you complete during your course can be used as part of your TIE preparation, making it a natural part of your learning journey.

Academy+ provides learner protection insurance for non-EU/EEA students in Ireland. This insurance ensures that, if a school closes unexpectedly or loses accreditation, students are financially protected and can continue or complete their course elsewhere. It also includes coverage for essential situations such as accidents or illness while studying in Ireland.
